Diane Landau

Dianne Landau is an Executive Coach and President of Landau Coaching Associates. LCA is comprised of five closely linked practices: the Executive Coaching Practice; The Leadership Development Practice; the Keynote Speaking Practice; the Conflict Resolution/ Mediation Practice, and the Financial Consulting/ Coaching Practice.

Dianne works with leaders in large corporations to improve their skills, and exceed their visions. Dianne leverages her 20 year history as a Corporate Executive, by working with executives and their teams to overcome the particular challenges they face today. These challenges include: rapid growth; the need to continually develop management and leadership skills; conflict resolution; gender communications; constant change and competition from offshore. Dianne also works with her clients to strengthen teamwork, develop leaders, improve individual and cross-group communication skills, and to help ensure that employees are motivated, and performing at their best. This reduces turnover and increases bottom line productivity.

Dianne has a strong history of coaching and mentoring. She has worked in large international organizations, including News Corporation/Fox, Nestle/Libby, Seagram/Tropicana, Universal, Sony, and Countrywide Financial, Inc. She has had extensive experience working in Europe and Asia. She is also fluent in French. While at Nestle and Seagram, she coached directors, managers, and employees through mergers and acquisitions. She worked with them on networking, communication, assimilation and general transition. Dianne has particular expertise in the following industries: Entertainment, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Medical Services, Manufacturing and Technology.

Dianne's client list includes executives from the following major companies: DIRECTV, E! Entertainment, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Countrywide Financial, Mattel, Immersive Marketing, Mediation Partners, Trader Joe, Phillips and Associates.

Dianne holds a B.A. degree in Foreign Languages and Psychology from Syracuse University, and an M.B.A. degree from Fairfield University. In 2002, Dianne completed course work in Executive Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara, California. She is an active member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA) in Southern California, and a mentor to other coaches. She is also active in Women in the Technology Industry (WITI).

Inga Estes

Inga Estes is an Executive Coach and Advisor to Executives Organizational leaders. The earliest part of her career entailed extensive success as an entrepreneur, developing and managing businesses for 30 years. Her specialty, business turn-arounds, took her through a number of successful ventures leading to her desire to work with other Executives offering guidance and navigating them through turbulent and changing times.

Inga has consistently been a leading-edge contributor to a variety of businesses. She was the first woman professional in DRG Financial Corporation, a Washington, DC, commercial mortgage banking company serving clients throughout the US. She served as CEO of International Helicopters, leading and implementing its turnaround with 800% growth over a nine-year period. She later became the COO of Mahogany Management Company, doubling the size of the company in the first year and COO of Contract Software Services, creating metrics and directing the sales efforts, tripling the client base in the first two years of business.

She is a master coach with several thousand hours experience. Inga also possesses demonstrated experience in training design and facilitation. This experience, combined with her in-depth practical knowledge of corporate finance, project management, business growth and organizational development, brings innovative and compelling thinking to business leaders, their teams and their organizations. Among them, The City of Burbank, Capital One Finance, Long Beach City College, Westside Economic Collaborative, Southern California Edison, Citigroup's Smith Barney and California Commerce Bank plus a myriad of small businesses, sales people, business managers and entrepreneurs-becoming-CEOs.

A resident of Los Angeles, California, Inga maintains close relationships with her two grown children; her 22 year old son, Ryan, an veteran Army Airborne Ranger who served four deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan and is now recording his first music cd; and her 20 year old daughter, Hana, who attends Santa Monica College.

Inga currently serves as president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and served on the Executive Committee of the Westside Economic Collaborative.

Reri MacLean, Ph.D.

Reri MacLean has longstanding track record which includes founding businesses, managing organizations and teams, coaching executives and providing management consulting. She specializes in customized executive assessment, leadership development and training, team-building, and organizational development. She applies a tailored methodology that is informed by a thorough understanding of our clients' organizational imperatives.

Reri's process enables organizations to accurately identify, hire and develop the right people for critical positions. She is a regular speaker on the business applications of Emotional Intelligence.

Reri is a Board member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, and a member of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association, the American Society for Training and Development, and the National Association of Corporate Directors. She earned a BA in Humanities from Macalester College, a postgraduate degree in Montessori Education, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Whitworth College. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver. Reri's children enjoy careers in business and finance.

Through Leadership Development, Jace assists corporate leaders at all levels who are competent and capable of effectively guiding teams to achieve corporate goals. His Leadership and Executive Coaching deliver the personalized advice needed for successfully navigating specific business challenges.

In addition, Jace offers a variety of tools and assessments designed to encourage learning, facilitate change, gain insights and knowledge, and assist in the management of human resources
