IV. Conflict Resolution Practice
We offer Team Building, Conflict Resolution and Mediation. We help corporations to resolve conflicts among their key performers. Some conflicts can be resolved by coaching and team building sessions. Other more serious conflicts need a more powerful tool like conflict resolution or mediation techniques. For these situations, we provide a Certified Mediator. Mediators have the ability to get to the core of interpersonal dynamics and to help individuals align their individual objectives with the objectives of the mission. The mediation process begins with interviewing the participants, gathering feedback and getting to the basic issues that underlie their differences. Through further discussions and mediation, the parties are brought together to resolve their differences and work in a more supportive and collaborative way.
